At KASUMI, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all KASUMI garment tags are intact and the return form is included inside.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
